       This is a beta release to help verify the underlyng changes that have been made to the skeleton code for the X-Windows port. When I ported MacAPRS to Windows many
       things had to change in the Mac code to accomidate both Mac and Windows. When porting to X-Windows, similar chages have to be made again. There have been many
       changes to the low-level architecture of the cross-platform. I am very excited about these changes as they are making the overall framework much cleaner and more stable
       for Windows in addition to making the X-Windows port very painless.
